What to tell us, so one reply is enough
- Before you buy: the wall, the viewing distance, and whether you want a ticking or a silent sweep movement. That is enough for us to name the right dial size.
- About an order: the order number, plus the PIN code if it is a delivery question.
- Cracked on arrival: the unboxing video, within 48 hours of delivery. On that clip we replace or refund at our cost under the Refund and Returns Policy.
- Returns: the order number and a line on what is wrong. Returns can be raised within 10 days of delivery.
What we cannot help with
We do not repair or service clocks, including ones bought from us — there is no workshop behind this shop. If a movement fails inside the return window we replace the clock rather than fix it.
