Clock Decor is a sole proprietorship based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, operating online as Clock Decor (clockdecor.shop). We sell wall clocks, desk and table clocks and alarm clocks — listed by the dial diameter and movement we measured ourselves, and packed like the glass they are.

Why the packing came first
The shop started from the wrong end. Before we had a catalogue we had a problem: a wall clock bought online for a flat in Lucknow arrived with a hairline crack across the lens, and the seller’s answer was that glass is glass. It is not. A clock that is corner-protected and floated inside a second carton survives the same journey that destroys one shipped in its retail box alone.
So the first thing we settled was the carton, and only then the range. Every clock we list has been through a drop-test of the exact packing it ships in. If a design cannot be packed to survive a courier, it does not go on the site — which is why our range is deliberately short and why the wall clocks skew towards deep frames rather than thin bezels.

Movement stated plainly
Sweep or step, battery or USB, and what “silent” actually means. Quartz drifts; we say so instead of promising atomic accuracy.
Packed to arrive whole
Double-wall carton, corner protection, hands and pendulums taped down. Damage on arrival is settled on your unboxing video within 48 hours.
One price, shipping up front
Indian Rupees, tax included, free over ₹1,999 and a flat ₹79 below that — visible before you pay, never adjusted after.
Our commitment
If it arrives cracked, that is our problem — not a claim you have to win.
Send the unboxing clip within 48 hours and we replace or refund at our cost, no forms. Returns can be raised within 10 days of delivery and approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. What we will not do is imply a warranty we do not offer: there is no six-month cover here, only honest returns.

Clock Decor is an online-only business with no physical showroom, no walk-in counter and no repair desk — we do not service movements sent to us. Orders are placed on this website, packed at our unit in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh and shipped across India through Blue Dart / DTDC, reaching most metro addresses in 3–5 business days.
