Paying for your order

Two ways to pay at Clock Decor, both in Indian Rupees (INR): UPI, or cash when the clock is handed to you. There is no third option, no processing fee, and nothing sensitive of yours sitting on our side of the transaction.

UPI

Pick UPI at checkout and approve the collect request in whichever app you already use — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or your bank’s own. The authorisation happens inside that app on your phone. We only see that it succeeded, and the order goes onto the packing bench from there.

Cash on Delivery

Choose Cash on Delivery and pay the courier at the door. Keeping the amount ready helps — riders rarely carry change for a large note. COD works on most serviceable PIN codes; a handful of remote routes and unusually high-value orders are prepaid-only, and checkout shows which applies to your address before you confirm.

What will never appear at our checkout

We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, PayPal or any wallet other than UPI. We never ask for, take or store a card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking password. If any page, call or message claiming to be us asks you to pay another way or to share those details, it is not us — treat it as fraud and tell us at checkout@clockdecor.shop.

Tax and invoices

Listed prices include any tax that applies. We operate below the GST registration threshold for individual sellers, so nothing is added as GST and no GST invoice is issued; a plain sale invoice comes in the parcel. No convenience fee, no COD handling fee, no surcharge of any kind.

Shipping is shown before you pay

Free on orders from ₹1,999; below that a flat ₹79 across the whole order. The figure sits on the cart page, so the amount you approve in your UPI app — or count out at the door — is the final amount.

When a payment does not complete

A failed UPI request creates no order. If the money left your account and the confirmation still failed, banks reverse it automatically in nearly every case within a few working days. Send us the UPI reference and we will confirm from our end whether it ever reached us, so you know whether to chase your bank.

Refunds

UPI payments go back to the same handle they came from. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by direct bank transfer once you share the account details, since there is no original wallet to credit. Cancellation refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days; refunds on returned goods follow the Refund and Returns Policy.

Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection and the payment itself is authorised by your UPI provider, not by us. Because we hold no payment credentials in the first place, there is nothing on our side worth stealing.
